People ask if a tire paint pen or tire paint marker works for tire lettering.  The answer is yes and no – While a tire paint pen or marker can be used to add white letters to your tires, tire paint is certainly not without drawbacks.

White tire letter paint pens are messy to use.  Cleaning up paint from your hands and clothes is aggravating.  In addition, it is difficult to stay in the lines, leaving you with white letter tires that do not hold up under close scrutiny.  A tire paint pen also is very time consuming to use.
